      En este ensayo se abarcó la correlación existente entre los marcos de trabajo ágiles o colaborativos mediante SCRUM y marcos de trabajo predictivo o tradicionales mediante el PMBOK, partiendo desde la generalidad de un proyecto y profundizando en el control de la mitigación de riesgos, proponiendo una solución mediante la implementan de SCRUM en un marco Tradicional en la etapa de control del proyecto. ; This essay covered the existing correlation between agile or collaborative frameworks through SCRUM and predictive or traditional frameworks through PMBOK, starting from the generality of a project and deepening in the control of risk mitigation, proposing a solution through the implementation of SCRUM in a Traditional framework in the project control stage. ; Pregrado
