نبذة مختصرة : The problem of early detection of diseases and psychological, behavioral, or family problems in the family requires the implementation of a primary care system. As part of the family file there is a Genogram (family chart), which is an instrument to graphically record the evolution of the family over time, in this you can not only find information on age, sex, family typology, pathological antecedents, etc., but also enlightens us about the life cycle that the family is going through, the vital events and the internal affective relationships. In Peru, the Genogram has traditionally been used in printed format, which creates problems for updating it because it is manual. Given this limitation, the "electronic genogram" (e-Genogram) computer application has been developed, a computer resource with which the health personnel will be able to interact in a friendly manner. The main contribution is that the genogram is generated automatically from the data of the family members registered in the Family File System, therefore, the health personnel will only have to record the significant relationships between their members with the purpose of having a holistic vision and thus being able to show family bio-psychosocial problems for their early attention, thus preventing the family crisis from leading to more serious events. ; El problema de la detección temprana de enfermedades y de problemas psicológicos, conductuales o familiares en la familia exige la implementación de un sistema de atención primaria.
