      This work analyzed the perception of teachers working in municipal public schools in a city in the interior of the State of São Paulo/Brazil, in relation to the theme of Special Education and inclusive education. Through the analysis of the corpus it was possible to understand the potentialities and possible reflexes resulting from continuous and continued education, consolidated through an extension course offered by a federal university. The investigation adopted mixed methodology assumptions, developed in an exploratory, descriptive and analytical way. The constitution of the initial corpus of analysis took place through the design of the answers of an open questionnaire, aimed at students of the training course mentioned in the introduction to this work. After the constitution of the corpus data, these elements were analyzed using qualitative criteria of Discursive Textual Analysis and methods and techniques of Textual Statistical Analysis, through Descending Hierarchical Classification and statistical elements. The results show that the mentioned course promoted, mostly, a good understanding/perception of the course participants in relation to themes related to inclusive education, highlighting relevant contributions to school inclusion. ; Este trabajo analizó la percepción de docentes que actúan en escuelas públicas municipales de una ciudad del interior del Estado de São Paulo/Brasil, en relación al tema de la Educación Especial y la educación inclusiva.
