      Introduction: City bureau for emergency medical service Belgrade, Franshe D'Eperea 5, is one of the primary health care institutions and covers 11 central municipalities. It is open 24/7 365 day a year. City bureau has its offices in Sremčica and Batajnica and these branches are open only at night. Objective: 1) To determine a total number of patients from city municipalities and from the other municipalities in our medical offices; 2) To determine whether the offices are visited more often during nights or days. Method: All collected data were entered into the Access database, exported to Excel file and statistically analyzed. Results: Analyses covered 2365 patients examined by one doctor in the period from 01 January 2015. till 29 December 2015. Data on municipalty residence exist for 2303 of them. 98.44% are from the territory of Republic of Serbia, of which 91.62% reside in the territory of Belgrade. Conclusion: The highest number of visits is from the Republic Serbia, Belgrade, most often from Voždovac and Zvezdara municipalities. Visits were more frequent during night, and majority of patients are female. Service was frequently visited by patients who reside more than 25 kilometers away from the office.
