Supplementary data to ' Genomics and ecology of rapid adaptation: the expansion and evolution of the invasive common myna ( Acridotheres tristis ) and common starling ( Sturnus vulgaris ) in New Zealand '
This consists of the outputs from genotype environment associations (GEA) performed on the common myna whole genome resequencing data. The analyses were performed in BayPass, using the BayPass IS and BayPass AUX model, as detailed in the README.md file. The statistics from the GEA were highly inflated and did not yield convincing results. This was addressed in chapter 5 and Appendix D of the thesis.
