نبذة مختصرة : his research is the result of a case study, in which it presents experiences of relationship between the Joselita Brasileiro Municipal School and students' families. The objective of this research was to analyze school practices developed with the involvement of the family that provided the improvement of the educational project of the school. It highlights that for a good development of the integral formation of the individual, the participation of mothers and fathers in the school environment is necessary, strengthening the duality of the institutions responsible for integrative experiences that constitute a significant learning. It is about identifying school difficulties, promoting increased performance, safety, and commitment. Thus, also, expanding the skills and potentialities, all of this taken with the commitment of accepting diversity and dialogue. It is necessary a definition of quality education, committed that involves management and family members in a process of valuing and organizing the autonomy of the student, aware of his responsibilities and rights as a citizen, in his particularities and diversity. In this sense, I bring actions that were carried out in a Municipal School in Campina Grande in the state of Paraíba. This experience reveals rich and interesting possibilities in the relationship between the school and the family. From the theoretical reference, it was possible to affirm how important the dialogical relationship between family and school is so that the teaching and learning process can be developed for the solution of problems and definition of decision making and construction of strategic planning. As a result, it was possible to observe that, much beyond the specific actions developed by the school, such as parent teacher meetings, commemorative activities, among others, what proved to be most effective in the school-family relationship was the educational environment that welcomes families in the school's daily routine. ; Esta pesquisa é resultado de um estudo de caso, no qual ...
