      Ilustraciones a color, diagramas ; Background: Patients undergoing hemodialysis have a higher risk of malnutrition due to loss of appetite, anorexia, restrictive diet, accumulation of metabolic waste, catabolism, among others. Objective: To conduct a systematic literature review of studies conducted in the last 10 years that evaluate the impact of intradialytic nutritional support in HD patients, to provide a synthesis of the state of the art of recommendations for its implementation and identify future research priorities. Methodology: Systematic review following PRISMA-2020. The search was in databases, the articles were selected, an independent reading of each study was carried out, the CONSORT or STROBE scale and ROB-2 or ROBINS-I were applied. Results: Seven investigations were included. With intradialytic meals, biochemical indicators such as albumin, IL6 and TNFα improved, with SNO and intradialytic NPID, biochemical indicators such as albumin, prealbumin, CRP improved; anthropometrics such as weight, height and BMI; and body composition such as fat mass, lean mass and muscle mass. The intervention did not affect the effectiveness of dialysis nor did any serious adverse events occur. Conclusion: Intradialytic nutritional support can be beneficial with various indicators of nutritional status and can be implemented in children and adults. More research is necessary. ; Antecedentes: Pacientes sometidos a hemodiálisis tienen un mayor riesgo de desnutrición por pérdida de apetito, anorexia, dieta restrictiva, acumulación de desechos metabólicos, catabolismo, entre otros. Objetivo: Realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura de estudios realizados en los últimos 10 años que evalúen el impacto del soporte nutricional intradialítico en pacientes en hemodiálisis para proporcionar una síntesis del estado del arte de las recomendaciones para su implementación e identificar futuras prioridades de investigación.
