خلاصة: يهدف البحث إلى التعرّف على دور معلمات رياض الأطفال في تطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفـال من وجهة نظرهن، وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات وهي( التخصص العلمي ، نوع الشهادة، عدد سنوات الخبرة). اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، تم استخدام استبانة لتحقيق هدف البحث، حيث طُبقت على عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية في مدينة دمشق بلغ عددهن (60) معلمة، وتم وضع مجموعة من الفرضيات اختبرت صدقها، وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: (1) عدم جـود فـروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05) بين متوسط درجات إجابات معلمـات رياض الأطفال على الاستبانة تبعاً لمتغير نوع الشهادة،(2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05) بين متوسط درجات إجابات معلمـات رياض الأطفال على الاستبانة تبعاً لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، (3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05) بين متوسط درجات إجابات معلمـات رياض الأطفال على الاستبانة تبعاً لمتغير التخصص العلمي، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات. ; Abstract The research aimed on the role of female teachers in developing kindergarten institutions from their point of view, and its relation to some variables (the scientific specialization of the teacher, educational qualification, and experience) ,and the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research, A questionnaire was used to achieve the aim of the research, and it was applied to a sample of governmental kindergarten teachers in the city of Damascus, who numbered (60) teachers, A set of questions and hypotheses were developed to test their validity, and the results of the research showed the following: (1) There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of kindergarten teachers' answers to the questionnaire according to the variable of the type of certificate, (2) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the kindergarten teachers’ answers to the questionnaire according to the variable of the number of years ...
