Strategic thought and resiliencia in the organisms of local governance ; Pensamiento estratégico y resiliencia en los organismos de gobernanza local

The intention of this article is to describe the strategic thought and resilience in the organisms of Local Governance. Being sustained theoretically in the expositions of: Labarca (2008), Urdaneta (2009) and Schneider (2007) the Methodology is of descriptive character, due to the fact that the supplied information will be of documentary sources, what allows to have presents the important thing that is the strategic thought and the resilience in the organisms of local governance, in virtue that these must have the skill to understand rapidly the changes of the environment, the opportunities of the market, the competitive threats, the strengths and weaknesses of his own organization at the moment of identifying the best strategic response, beside generating a new knowledge of the topic ; El propósito de este artículo es describir el pensamiento estratégico y resiliencia en los organismos de gobernanza local, sustentándose teóricamente en los planteamientos de: Labarca (2008), Urdaneta (2009) y Schneider (2007). La metodología es de carácter descriptivo, debido a que la información suministrada será de fuentes documentales, lo que permite tener presente lo importante que es el pensamiento estratégico y la resiliencia en los organismos de gobernanza local, en virtud que estos deben tener la habilidad para comprender rápidamente los cambios del entorno, las oportunidades del mercado, las amenazas competitivas, las fortalezas y debilidades de su propia organización a la hora de identificar la mejor respuesta estratégica, además de generar un nuevo conocimiento del tema.
