CONSIDERATION OF TOLERANCES IN FORMING OF CIVIL COMPETENCE OF TECHNICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS ; УРАХУВАННЯ ТОЛЕРАНТНОСТІ У ФОРМУВАННІ ГРОМАДЯНСЬКОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ СТУДЕНТІВ ТЕХНІЧНОГО КОЛЕДЖУ

The article is devoted to the justification of the expediency of taking into account the principle of tolerance in the formation of civic competence of technical college students. The authors attribute the following to the fundamental principles of civil competence education: compliance with the law; respect for human rights and freedoms; ensuring confidentiality; unbiased attitude to wards the individual, tolerance. In the field of pedagogical science, tolerance means the ability to better understand one's own "I", the environment, establish contacts with other members of society, and interact on the basis of trust and respect. For this, it is important to have a positive perception of others, to believe in the capabilities of people, in their best features. As representatives of society, community, a certain circle, students of the technical college show patience to wards the irsurroundings. The authors analyze different interpretations of tolerance as a principle of social development. Factors that sometimes hinder students of technical colleges have been identified, in particular, the lack of systematic approaches to the education of tolerance in the context of the formation of civic competence, the insufficiency of methodological tools to ensure the process of education of tolerance in the context of the formation of civic competence of students of thetechnical college. In the formation of civic competence, the acquisition of tolerance is a component and priority of the education of technical college students, since the conceptual basis, along with the definition of the cultural diversity of the Ukrainian nation, is the establishment of intercultural dialogue and the interaction of different ethnic groups in Ukrainian society.
