نبذة مختصرة : The giant condylomata acuminata of Buschke-Lowenstein is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the human papillomavirus, clinically characterized by genital warts, with high potential to develop into squamous cell carcinoma. This article seeks to report the case of a male patient, HIV-negative, who had bleeding, purulent discharge and injury with vegetative aspect in the perianal region. Biopsy of the lesion showed condyloma of Buschke-Lowenstein, and, after six months, surgery with wide excision of the lesion and rectum amputation was performed. The anatomopathological examination of the surgical specimen showed squamous cells carcinoma.
