      Letter from James J. Dinsmore to Jane Youngstrom and Earl Youngstrom regarding a rare sighting of a Rufous Hummingbird, November 17, 1987. Dinsmore believes the photographed bird is a Rufous Hummingbird but will forward the photo to the Iowa Ornithologists' Union for positive identification. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists' Union Quarterly field report of fall 1987, but was filed with documentation for the report of summer 1987.
