نبذة مختصرة : Atlixco es una ciudad culturalmente rica que ha trascendido desde su creación en el S.XVI hasta nuestros días, por el gran patrimonio tangible e intangible conservando sus inmuebles que muestran su desarrollo en el tiempo. Destaca por tener traza reticular como las principales ciudades de la antigua Nueva España, y a pesar de la modernidad sigue guardando las visuales de aquella época en que era conocida como Antigua Villa de Carrión, lo que hace es importante reconocer, difundir y conservar este patrimonio urbano, pues debido a la pérdida de valor que sufre por los pobladores y visitantes se ve arremetido día a día con acciones que no son las más adecuadas para su conservación, por ello es necesario realizar un registro de las condiciones visuales urbanas actuales para crear normativas que salven sus maravillosas perspectivas así como aplicar los conocimientos que apoyen la conservación de este sitio. ; Atlixco is a culturally rich city that has gone throught its creation in the sixteenth century to present day, while preserving its buildings that show development over time, noted for having reticular traces like those of the main cities of the old New Spain, and, despite modernity, it keeps the visuals of the time when it was known as “Antigua Villa de Carrión”, so, it is important to recognize, disseminate, and preserve the urban heritage that is presented on the site, but due to the lack of knowledge of residents and visitors it is threatened day by day with actions that are not the most appropriate for conservation; therefore, a record of the current urban visual conditions should be taken in order to create regulations that save the wonderful perspectives and to know how to preserve this site.
