نبذة مختصرة : Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar a construção da identidade discursiva de uma secretária executiva a partir da personagem Lee Holloway, no filme A Secretária (2002). Utilizamos os pressupostos teóricos da Análise do Discurso desenvolvida por Patrick Charaudeau (2017, 2018) para analisarmos as estratégias linguísticas utilizadas na construção dessa identidade em um contexto marcado por fortes relações hierárquicas, por estereótipos, e os imaginários sociodiscursivos que atravessam as interações cotidianas de uma secretária executiva. A metodologia utilizada é qualitativa e serviu para compreendermos como o filme aborda as relações entre personagens, linguagem e dinâmicas de poder e submissão. Concluímos que o filme não constrói a identidade discursiva da secretária como uma agente de alta performance, mas a reduz a um estereótipo hipersexualizado e reproduz imaginários sociodiscursivos que desqualificam a inserção da mulher em ambientes organizacionais. ; This study aims to investigate the construction of the discursive identity of an executive secretary through the character Lee Holloway in the film Secretary (2002). The theoretical framework used is based on the Discourse Analysis developed by Patrick Charaudeau (2017, 2018), which allows us to examine the linguistic strategies employed in the construction of this identity within a context marked by strong hierarchical relations, stereotypes, and the sociodiscursive imaginaries that permeate the everyday interactions of an executive secretary. The qualitative methodology employed helped us to understand how the film addresses the relationships between characters, language, and the dynamics of power and submission. We conclude that the film does not build the secretary's discursive identity as a high-performance agent, but reduces her to a hypersexualized stereotype, and it reproduces some socio-discursive imaginaries that disqualify the insertion of women in organizational environments.
