      Technology has been gaining space in all spheres of society, at work, in the laser and in some sectors of education. The question is: why insert the present technology, the calculator and the computer in classrooms? The PCN's (National Curriculum Parameters) allow and encourage its use, one of the great challenges of mathematics teachers is to make their subject pleasant, simple, showing the student, the application of these concepts in everyday life, stimulating logical thinking and finally, change the concept that mathematics is for little and a boring and complicated class. Observing the difficulties students have in learning mathematics, we can see that technological tools such as calculators and computers can support children and young people in their daily lives in the classroom. Through research, it was possible to notice a higher performance of students who make use of these tools in relation to those who do not use. This article aims to promote the perception of the support of these technologies in the school environment, from primary schools to high school. This study has as objective, the contribution of propitiating the orientation of the teaching class, in the use of these technological tools, the calculator and the computer, facilitating the function of the teacher and mainly the understanding of the student with its insertion in classrooms. The methodologies used to reach the result were: observation, descriptive research and bibliographical survey. The results of this article demonstrate the need to make daily use of these tools in the classroom, whether in primary or secondary education, bringing a greater understanding of mathematics by students.Technology is gaining space in all spheres of society, at work, in laser and in some sectors of education.
