Obrigação internacional do Brasil de garantir o acesso à educação para as crianças refugiadas sob seu território

Esta monografia tem como objetivo explanar sobre a obrigação internacional do Brasil de promover o acesso à educação para as crianças refugiadas sob sua jurisdição, uma vez que o direito à educação fornece bases sólidas para o exercício pleno de outras proteções de Direitos Humanos. Para isso, a fundamentação legal terá respaldo nos tratados internacionais de Direitos Humanos que o Brasil é signatário, doutrina nacional e internacional, sentenças e outros instrumentos internacionais. Em segundo momento, será apresentado sobre o cumprimento da referida obrigação. Com o objetivo de compreender a complexidade da prática deste tema, foram entrevistados o ACNUR, a ONG sem fins lucrativos I Know My Rights e a Secretaria Municipal de Educação de São Paulo. As entrevistas tiveram uma metodologia qualitativa e semi-estruturada ; This monograph aims to explain the international obligation of Brazil to promote access to education for refugee children under its jurisdiction, since the right to education provides a solid foundation for the full exercise of other human rights protections. In this regard, the legal grounds will be supported by the international human rights treaties which Brazil is a signatory, national and international doctrine, judgments and other international instruments. Secondly, the fulfillment of this obligation will be presented. In order to understand the complexity of this situation, the UNHCR, the non-profit organization I Know My Rights and the Municipal Department of Education of São Paulo were interviewed. The interviews had a qualitative and semi-structured methodology.
