      Pandemija COVID-19 izazvala je značajan pomak u obrazovnom sektoru, pri čemu su mnoge škole i sveučilišta prešli na online nastavu kako bi se pridržavali smjernica o socijalnom distanciranju. Kao rezultat toga, roditelji su postali više uključeni u praćenje i pružanje podrške svojoj djeci u realizaciji online nastave. Uz teorijsku podlogu vezanu uz primjenu tehnologije u nastavi, uvjete u kojima se održavala nastava na daljinu u vrijeme COVID-19 pandemije, te uloge roditelja u online obrazovanju, u radu se iznose rezultati empirijskog istraživanja koje je imalo za cilj ispitati kako roditelji procjenjuju kvalitetu online nastave u vrijeme pandemije. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 150 ispitanika, a rezultati su pokazali kako ispitanici nisu bili zadovoljni komunikacijom s učiteljima te također nisu pozitivno procijenili ponašanje djece u virtualnoj učionici. S druge strane, roditelji koji su aktivno sudjelovali u online nastavi pozitivno su ocijenili kvalitetu online nastave i vlastito sudjelovanje u održavanju nastave na daljinu. ; The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a significant shift in the education sector, with many schools and universities transitioning to online teaching to comply with social distancing guidelines. As a result, parents have become more involved in assessing the quality of online teaching for their children. With a theoretical foundation related to the application of technology in education, the conditions under which distance learning was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the roles of parents in online education, the paper presents the results of an empirical study aimed at examining how parents assessed the quality of online education during the pandemic. The study included 150 participants, and the results showed that the participants were not satisfied with communication with teachers and did not positively evaluate children's behavior in the virtual classroom.
