      DNA-DNA colony hybridizations with a ST1a probe were done on bovine enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli strains and compared with the suckling mouse test. The results show that one fourth (7/24) of the strains positive in the baby mouse test do not hybridize the ST1a probe and suggest the existence of another or other toxins among the bovine enterotoxigenic E. coli strains. ; info:eu-repo/semantics/published
