      Since the covid-19 pandemic hit the world, the government has issued policies to limit public activities. Public service is an aspect of life that cannot be stopped and its quality must be maintained. So during the covid-19 endemic period where all community activities are restricted, the Health Insurance, Financing and Regulation Section of the Bandung City Health Office strives to continue to provide quality services in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic and endemic. The quality service is carried out by optimizing google form media for requests for Document Approval Letters and Certificates for Bandung City health workers. The components used to measure the quality of service standards as stated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with resource persons, while secondary data was obtained through online literature studies and documentation during observation. In the data collection process, researchers used literature studies and field studies which included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the use of google form in maintaining and improving service quality seen from external and internal factors is quite optimal because it greatly facilitates the community in applying for letters. However, from these conveniences and advantages, there are threats and shortcomings that need to be addressed. Sejak pandemi covid-19 melanda dunia, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat. Pelayanan publik merupakan aspek kehidupan yang tidak bisa dihentikan dan kualitasnya harus dijaga. Maka di masa endemik covid-19 yang segala kegiatan masyarakat dibatasi, Seksi Jaminan, Pembiayaan, dan Regulasi Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung berupaya untuk tetap menjalankan pelayanan yang berkualitas di tengah masa pandemi dan endemik covid-19.
