Por la vida y la libertad de las mujeres: fin al feminicidio ; For the Life and Freedom of Women: End to Femicide

[Resumen] El objetivo de este artículo es ilustrar el proceso de la Ley General de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia, en México. Impulsada desde el paradigma de los derechos humanos de las mujeres, esta Ley constituye el mecanismo toral para enfrentar la violencia feminicida y cada violación a los derechos de las mujeres, lo que incluye enfrentar la impunidad social y del Estado. ; [Abstract] The goal of this articleis to show the process of the General Law of the Access of Women to a Life free of Violence, in Mexico. This law, improved from the women’s human rights approach, is the core mechanism to eliminate femicide violence and each violation of women’s rights, which includes to eliminate also both social and State’s impunity.
