A presença de mulheres imigrantes e refugiadas no estado do Paraná: caracterização do fenômeno recente e elaboração de políticas públicas ; The presence of immigrant and refugee women in the state of Paraná: the characterization of the recent phenomenon and development of public policies

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo pesquisar a presença das mulheres imigrantes e refugiadas, no período recente, no estado do Paraná, articulada à análise do panorama das políticas migratórias e para mulheres, existentes em âmbito municipal. Em termos teóricos, considera-se a perspectiva da complexidade das migrações internacionais contemporâneas, a articulação entre migrações internacionais e gênero e os desafios na elaboração de políticas migratórias, em âmbito municipal. Em termos empíricos, são analisados os registros administrativos do Sistema de Registro Nacional Migratório (SISMIGRA), da Polícia Federal, e os microdados da Pesquisa de Informações Básicas Municipais (MUNIC), realizada pelo IBGE. O recorte espacial compreende microrregiões e municípios do estado do Paraná e o recorte temporal compreende o período 2010-2019. Busca-se contribuir para o debate teórico no campo dos estudos migratórios e reforçar a importância da sistematização e disponibilização de informações sobre as migrações internacionais contemporâneas e a elaboração de políticas públicas. ; This paper aims to research the presence of immigrant and refugee women, in the recent period, in the state of Paraná, linked to the analysis of the panorama of migration policies and policies for women at the local level. In theoretical terms, the paper considers the perspective of the complexity of contemporary international migration, the articulation between international migration and gender and the challenges in the development of migration policies at the local level. In empirical terms, the article analyzes the administrative records of the National Migration Registry System (SISMIGRA), from the Federal Police, and the microdata of the Municipal Basic Information Survey (MUNIC), from IBGE.
