      Acompanha: Intervenção reflexiva na formação inicial de professores ; The present research is conceived in the initial formation of professors of Chemistry in a university of Londrina - Pr in the context of a course, having as premise the contribution of the reflection in the teaching practice. The course “Reflective intervention in the initial training of teachers” was configured as an educational product of this dissertation, part of a first survey with the graduates participating in the research through a semi-structured interview in which the need to develop activities that stimulated reflection and instruct the subjects didactically. The objective of this research was to investigate the reflective process of a group of graduates in Chemistry in the micro-teaching activities of supervised stage IV through autoscopy. The methodology adopted to conduct this investigation consisted of a qualitative approach. It was evidenced through the autoscopy procedure, the speeches and the selfreflective spiral outlined for each of the graduates participating in the research, which configured their reflection and self-evaluation process. The dynamics of this process led them to identify the problem situations and their difficulties, which in a second moment after reflecting on the reflection in the action resulted in the re-elaboration of their plans and application in the internship field school. The reflections of their teaching experiences reveal evidence that there have been advances in their practice and understanding of the implementation of teaching approaches in the classroom. Only one licensee was not completely involved in the self-reflective spiral, as he was unable to carry out the re-planning of the regency and reapply the internship field at school, but it was also possible for him to reflect on the reflection in action, in view of the other moments experienced in the training course.
