Relação família e instituição de educação infantil: uma parceria necessária

The general objective of this research was to identify the challenges faced for the construction of an effective partnership between families and the CMEI, with a view to the integral development of children. Considering this complex and important relationship, it is necessary to understand how the family-CMEI relationship occurs so that strategies can be drawn up to overcome the most diverse challenges. This is a research characterized methodologically by a qualitative approach carried out in a Municipal Center for Early Childhood Education - CMEI in the neighborhood of Mangabeira in this capital, having been used the application of questionnaires between parents/guardians, teachers, pedagogical coordinator and manager for data collection. It was found that one of the greatest challenges for the effective participation of the family in the activities of the CMEI is the lack of time, in addition to the distorted perception about the role of the CMEI and the responsibilities of the family, but that can be overcome through pedagogical interventions properly planned and appropriate to the reality of each family. ; O objetivo geral da presente pesquisa foi identificar os desafios enfrentados para a construção de uma parceria efetiva entre as famílias e o CMEI, com vistas ao desenvolvimento integral das crianças. Considerando esta relação tão complexa e importante se faz necessário compreender como se dá a relação família-CMEI para que desta forma possam ser traçadas estratégias para vencer os mais diversos desafios.
