      This research paper presents a comprehensive study that focuses on conducting an exploratory data analysis of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The aim of this study is to gain valuable insights into the relationship between these two medical conditions and understand the underlying patterns and trends within their respective research domains. The analysis encompasses a period of extensive research spanning 20 years, from 2003 to 2023.To conduct this study, a robust methodology was employed, involving data collection from various scientific sources and databases. Using web scraping techniques in Python and relevant libraries, a rich dataset was obtained, consisting of publications specifically related to DM, PCOS, and their intersection. The dataset was carefully curated to include essential information such as publication details, keywords, authors, and affiliations. The research process further involved data cleaning to ensure data quality and integrity. Python scripts were developed to extract and organize pertinent information, including author names, initials, and affiliations. This enhanced dataset facilitated the analysis of authorship trends and geographical distribution of research contributions. Various exploratory data analysis techniques were employed to uncover meaningful insights. Data visualizations played a pivotal role in presenting the findings effectively. The analysis included the identification of the top journals publishing research on DM and PCOS, highlighting influential sources within these domains. Additionally, the distribution of publications over the 20-year period was examined, shedding light on evolving trends and potential research gaps. To guarantee information quality, a Python script was created to perform information cleaning.
