      Agustín González Montero Executive Director of Postal Service and Telegraphs, sends to Fernando Torreblanca some letters from Mr. Winterbottom, Vicepresident and Manager General of RCA Communications Inc., concerning the best channels to keep in touch with him during his stay in Europe and granting international shipping and taxes exemption so that he can send Torreblanca his x-rays without fees charges. Fernando Torreblanca thanks Agustín G. Montero for handling the process of getting fees exemptions to make their telegraphic correspondence easier than regularly. / Agustín González Montero, Director General de Telégrafos, envía a Fernando Torreblanca la traducción de unas cartas del Sr. Winterbottom, Vicepresidente y Gerente General de la RCA Communications Inc., refiriéndose a la manera en que es más conveniente comunicarse con él durante su estancia en Europa, proporcionándole a él la franquicia correspondiente para que envíe sus radiogramas sin previo pago del importe. Fernando Torreblanca agradece a Agustín G. Montero las gestiones que ha hecho relativas a las franquicias para facilitar su correspondencia telegráfica.
