نبذة مختصرة : Folio 159r, newspaper cutting on smallpox vaccination. MS 7626: Scrapbook kept by William Collins. Originally a ledger containing notes on patients and on medicines prescribed them, dating from the 1860s, most of its pages have been covered by newspaper clippings dating from the 1870s. Many of the cuttings relate to public health issues such as smallpox vaccination, the quality of the water in the Regent's Canal, London, and the diphtheria epidemic in Germany in 1878; many others relate to hunting.
