Soutěžní vyrovnanost prvních a druhých fotbalových lig ve vybraných evropských zemích ; Competitive Balance of First and Second Football Leagues in Selected European Countries

Title: Competitive balance in first and second football leagues in selected European countries. Objective: The aim of this work is to identify competitive balance in first and second football leagues in selected European countries and compare them with each other. Methods: This thesis calculates static competitive balance using the standard deviation of percentage winnings. Results: The results show that in most football leagues there is a gradual decline in competitive balance, especially in the first leagues. In the group of second leagues, there is smaller amount of competitions with decreasing competitive balance. Second competitions were also on average more balanced compared to the first leagues in all countries included in the research. Last but not least, the results also overly show that the first leagues from less developed countries in football such as the Czech Republic, Poland or Croatia are more balanced compared to the first leagues from richer and more developed countries in football such as England, Germany, Spain or Portugal. Cíl: Cílem práce je identifikovat soutěžní vyrovnanost v prvních a druhých fotbalových ligách ve vybraných evropských zemích a vzájemně je mezi sebou porovnat. Metody: V práci je počítána statická soutěžní vyrovnanost pomocí směrodatné odchylky procentuálních výher. Výsledky: Výsledky ukazují, že ve většině fotbalových lig dochází k postupnému poklesu soutěžní vyrovnanosti, zejména pak u prvních lig. Ve skupině druhých lig je soutěží se zmenšující se vyrovnaností méně. Druhé nejvyšší soutěže jsou na tom také lépe ve srovnání s prvními ligami lépe a ve všech zkoumaných zemích byly průměrně vyrovnanější. Výsledky v neposlední řadě ukazují, že celkově více vyrovnané jsou první ligy z fotbalově méně vyspělých států jako Česká republika, Polsko či Chorvatsko oproti prvním ligám z fotbalově ...
