Polymer Templated Nanostructures for Application in Hybrid Photovoltaics and Li Ion Batteries ; Polymer-templatierte Nanostrukturen für Anwendung im Bereich Hybridphotovoltaik und Li-Ionen-Batterien

Novel approaches to nanostructure foam-like and high surface-to-volume ratio mesoporous thin films for application in photovoltaics and Li ion batteries are introduced. The controlled microphase separation of an amphiphilic diblock copolymer template is exploited and combined with sol-gel concepts to custom tailor Ti- or Ge-based nanomorphologies. Mesoscale morphology is correlated to the performance in Li ion batteries. ; Neuartige Ansätze zur Nanostrukturierung von schwammartigen und mesoporösen Dünnschichten mit großem Oberflächen-zu-Volumen-Verhältnis werden für die Anwendung im Bereich Photovoltaik und Li-Ionen-Batterien eingeführt. Die kontrollierte Mikrophasenseparation eines amphiphilen Diblock Copolymers wird mit Sol-Gel Konzepten kombiniert, um Ti- oder Ge-basierte Nanomorphologien gezielt herzustellen. Die mesoskopische Morphologie korreliert mit der Leistungsfähigkeit in Li-Ionen-Batterien.
