نبذة مختصرة : This work aims to analyze the relationship between the learning styles anchored by Kolb and the temperaments of students on the administration course at Campus IV/UFPB. To this end, we sought to define Kolb's experiential cycle and the four human temperaments, in addition to detecting the styles of the students researched and their respective temperaments. Thus, the study is characterized by a quantitative approach, descriptive type and deductive method. For the data collection process, a questionnaire with 28 questions was used, applied in person and online. The analysis process used was descriptive statistics. The results demonstrated the profile of the students studied, with convergent and assimilative learning styles predominant and a phlegmatic temperament. Despite this, it was not possible to verify a direct relationship between the learning styles and temperaments of administration students at the IV/UFPB campus since they differ between classes. It is concluded that understanding the topic can help teachers choose teaching methods used with students strategically, enhancing student learning and better developing their knowledge, and the study raises a range of reflections on the relevance of knowing the profiles of classes in terms of learning styles and temperaments. ; Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre os estilos de aprendizagem ancorados por Kolb e os temperamentos de estudantes do curso de administração do Campus IV/UFPB.
