نبذة مختصرة : Pressure injuries are a major problem for global public health, a real challenge for nurses and managers, they have a multifactorial cause, and their development occurs mainly due to exposure to pressure exerted on blood capillaries for a long period of time. The objective of this study is to evaluate nursing procedures and care associated with the prevention and rehabilitation of patients with pressure ulcers. This is an integrative review built from publications between 2016 and 2021. The search for articles took place in six national and international article banks. After the process of identifying and screening 420 articles, 37 were selected and 12 were included in the study. The results indicate that cases of pressure injuries affect patients with different profiles, in which one of the most common problems observed was the lack of knowledge or skills to apply prevention measures on the part of the team that cared for bedridden patients. The study concludes that the education and training of teams is essential, however, the creation and implementation of assessment measures and instruments are essential, as this results in even more significant results. ; Las lesiones por presión son un problema importante para la salud pública mundial, un verdadero desafío para enfermeras y directivos, tienen una causa multifactorial y su desarrollo se produce principalmente por la exposición a la presión ejercida sobre los capilares sanguíneos durante un largo período de tiempo.
