The carried out analysis has allowed to reach a conclusion, that essential threat to economic safety is the extensive growth in high education of Ukraine: increase of quantity of educational institutions and students in them at simultaneous decrease of quality of preparation of the future experts. The special attention should be paid that negative the tendency of reduction of volumes of preparation of the nonproduction experts is. Therefore, special attention the problem of quantitative and qualitative parameters of training of personnel for national economy deserves, and it, first of all concerns, nonproduction workers. Is shown, that in modern conditions education as the form of organization of education and transfer by the following generation of the systematized knowledge and information will test essential transformation worldwide. The changes, which will test of systems of education in modern conditions, have a wide spectrum and on the sense are shown in the different forms: complication of process of training, expansion institutional of the forms and structure of organization, diversification of its finance the mechanism. In conditions of economy of knowledge there can be competitive only those higher educational institutions creative of a type, in which will dominate innovation work and intellectual capital of each worker and on each workplace. Thus, in conditions globalization in special urgent to become a task of maintenance of competitiveness of the state on the basis of use of its competitive advantages. Taking into account, that in economy of knowledge the important competitive advantage is knowledge and intelligence of a nation, for maintenance of intensive development of such economy the necessary experts new formation, which own powerful intellectual potential, knowledge, skills, competitions.
