НЕОБХІДНІСТЬ ІЄРАРХІЇ ТА МЕЖ ТОЛЕРАНТНОСТІ

This article aim is to study the problem of the hierarchy of human freedoms and corresponding mutual tolerances. It is shown that such a hierarchy involves levels close to needs in Maslow's hierarchy and is determined by the set of human rights and needs. The article proves that there are primary and secondary needs, so they should be resolved in that order. Therefore, tolerance to primary needs is more important. Attention is focused on the fact that different phases of war expose the human needs hierarchy. It was also noted that bad habits and loud music allow a person to get an imaginary state of needs satisfaction within the entire pyramid, but mostly it creates some intolerant influence on some of the surrounding people. Attention is drawn to the fact that war and state of the expected victory aggravates the problems of worldview tolerance in Ukrainian society. It is proved that the solution of the language issue is possible only by developing the language for the eastern regions based on the language of H.S. Skovoroda, which became the basis for the development of the Ukrainian literary language.
