The dissertation presents the modern geoeconomic space as a complex set of meta-regional entities, acting as new entities of the global universe. The purpose of the regional paradigm of modern geoeconomic regionalism as a synthesis of geopolitical, geoeconomic and civilizational approaches to the study of economic processes in their regional dimension is presented, which allows disclosure preconditions and driving forces for the formation of a modern international economic system, to analyze the basic principles of structuring the element entiv metarehionalnoho space to explore the very structure of the world heokonomichnoho space. It is shown that the integration and regionalization processes occupy an important place in the fragmentation of the geoeconomic space. The results of the study of geoeconomic space, and methodological approaches to its fragmentation and characteristics reveal the essence of institutions, institutions and imperatives of the geoeconomic space, which is represented as a complex set of meta-regional entities that act as new entities of the global universe.It is proved that in conditions of deepening global economic shifts there is a reduction of the role of the state in the regulation of economic processes due to the growth of economic flows and the internationalization of production provided by multinational companies, as a result of which the national authorities of states are limited not only in matters of economic policy, but also in the sphere of national defense , education and health care.
