The aim of the study. The master thesis presents the peculiarities of Lithuanian sailors' preparation for the Olympic Games and research data about cardiovascular respond to balance and coordination training tasks. Tasks: 1 - to determine the characteristics of the change of sailors' ECG parameters during the aerobic exercise task and during recovery. 2 - to determine the characteristics of the change of sailors' ECG indicators during simple and complex tasks requiring balance and coordination skills. 3 - to determine the influence of balance and coordination skills exercises on the functional status of sailors' CAC. Methods. The computerized system “Kaunas-load” was employed for registration and analysis of 12-leads ECG signals while the balance and coordination task was performed. The algebraic data cointegration method proposed by Lithuanian scientists was used for evaluation the concatenation between analyzed parameters of ECG. Results. Results obtained during the study revealed some peculiarities in respond to workloads. The concatenation between the RR interval and QRS complex of ECG started to increases and at the recovery after exercise decreased indicating that the exercise did not cause significant fatigue. The assessment of dynamics of concatenation between in RR and QRS while performing the complex of balance training task showed that there some differences between dynamics of HR and dynamics of concatenation of ECG parameters in the recovery period. There no recovery in concatenation values while the HR values recovered. Conclusions. After the exercising in which the sailors performed a lot of balance and coordination skills tasks. There is a fast recovery of the HR, while the relationship between the RR interval of and the QRS complex of ECG is strengthened and this increased concatenation remains even after 30 min. after the training session. This indicate to the enhanced coordination of physiological mechanisms necessary to ensure the ongoing recovery processes as well as that the complex tasks ...
