نبذة مختصرة : This study focuses on the Formation of the Teachers. In this research we developed a specific investigation on the social division of labor and alienation in the formation of the teachers of Physical Education, in the case of Federal University of the Sergipe (UFS), considering the Internship and Supervised Teaching Practice as a dialectical synthesis of projects to train teachers of Physical Education in dispute. For its realization we developed a problem which considers the alienation of teacher's work is based on the actual division of labor and private ownership of means of production and that this division is one of the expressions in training courses for teachers and the dichotomy between theory and practice. Moreover, we believe that this division provides contradictions, such as qualifying X disqualify, emancipate X alienate, involving perceiving the space of teacher strained by different competing projects. From this, we ask: how they present these contradictions in the legal order and at concrete proposal for the formation of the teachers of Physical Education, taking as a concrete space of materialization of the social division of labor in the curriculum and the Practice of Supervised Probation Teaching, and the possibilities of overcoming? A research literature and documents from the historical and dialectical materialism, presenting like general objective: to contribute to the reconceptualization of curricula of training courses for teachers of Physical Education, and the Practice of Teaching and Supervised Internship axes as articulators of curriculum organization and essential mediators of formation of the teachers. The assumptions were confirmed, showing that the contradictions presented in our problem materialized mainly in the dichotomy between theory and practice and that the Training and Teaching Practice can objectify himself as articulators of the curriculum were present from the beginning of the academic and taken from the referral of work as an educational principle.
