نبذة مختصرة : Implementation of the public administration principles within the activities of Šiauliai District Court has been analysed in this final bachelor paper. Objective of the paper has first of all been achieved by having analysed the definition and concepts of public administration and by having revealed the place of the court within the context of public administration. In addition, thirteen principles of public administration regulated in the Law on Public Administration, their concept, meaning and implementation aspects have been analysed. It should be emphasized that implementation of the public administration principles in the activities of Šiauliai District Court has been specifically revealed by applying the integrated method of research. This final bachelor paper comprises an introduction, three narrative chapters (two theoretical and one empirical), conclusions, recommendations, references and appendices. Information revealing essence of the final bachelor paper, relevance of the topic, analysis situation, novelty, problems, object, aim, tasks, etc. has been provided in the introduction. Features of links of the court and the public administration and aspects of the court as the subject of public administration have been revealed in the first theoretical chapter. Since the court is relatively attributed to the subject of public administration, it is also obligated to implement the public administration principles in its activities. Therefore, not only aspects of the principles have been revealed in the second theoretical chapter, but it also has been ascertained that all thirteen principles of public administration should be implemented together and systematically in order to ensure their complex effect, to achieve the set goals and to maintain consistency of the entire system of public administration.
