A Business Strategy Planning for Information Technology Systems to Increase Competitive Advantages at Muhammadiyah Hospital: Perencanaan Strategi Bisnis Sistem Teknologi Informasi untuk Meningkatkan Keunggulan Kompetitif di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah

The purpose of this study is to describe the state of the IS/IT business which will be used as a reference for the development of Muhammadiyah Hospital which is useful for developing business strategies in the field of information technology systems at Muhammadiyah Hospital to increase its competitive advantage. The method used to examine this research is a qualitative descriptive method, namely interviews and observations at the Muhammadiyah Hospital. So, the results of this research explain that the information technology business strategy plan can be used as a reference for creating a technology business strategy plan to measure the success of the information business in accordance with the current situation and conditions of the Muhammadiyah Hospital and the implementation of SIMRS to support services so that it can produce a Muhammadiyah hospital which is in accordance with quality standards to become an Islamic, professional and synergistic hospital
