The Catholic Church’s teaching on the ordination of women has been the cause of much debate. In this area, the Church has no authority to ordain women and such actions result in their nullity, which, however, did not prevent Bishop Braschi from doing so in 2002. The main idea of the article is divided into two parts. The first presented the proximate and subsequent reasons behind the Holy See’s designation of the attempted ordination of a woman as an offence. The second part was an analysis of the provisions placed in four documents promulgated over time, startingin 2007. The subject and object scope of the criminal act was indicated. In conducting the research, various methods were used: dogmatic- legal, historical, comparative, and philological, which made it possible to reach conclusions that indicate that the Sacraments constitute a specialgood for the community of the Church and require proper protection, and that this type of offence is extremely harmful for the ecclesial community and introduces many doubts in the community. ; Nauczanie Kościoła katolickiego o udzieleniu święceń kobietom było powodem wielu dyskusji. Główna idea artykułu została podzielona na dwie części. W drugiej dokonano analizy przepisów umieszczonych w czterech dokumentach ogłoszonych na przestrzeni czasu, począwszy od 2007 r. Wskazano zakres przedmiotowy i podmiotowy czynu zabronionego. Podczas prowadzenia badań wykorzystano różne metody: dogmatyczno-prawną, historyczną, porównawczą oraz filologiczną, co pozwoliło dojść do wniosku, że sakramenty stanowią szczególne dobro dla wspólnoty Kościoła i wymagają właściwej ochrony, a tego rodzaju przestępstwa są dla społeczności kościelnej wyjątkowo szkodliwe i ...
