Aurinkoenergia-laitteiston sopivuus asunto-osakeyhtiö Aunelankivelle

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on tehdä selvitys aurinkoenergialaitteistojen haitoista ja hyödyistä As Oy Aunelakiven hallitukselle. Toimeksianto on saatu As Oy Aunelankiven hallituksen puheenjohtaja Markku Pyyltä. Tutkimuksesta selviää, että noin kahdenkymmenen vuoden päästä laite on maksanut itsensä takaisin, jolloin yhtiövastike laskisi pienentyneiden energiakulujen vuoksi. Lisäksi laitteiston avulla säästetään luontoa. Tietolähteinä on käytetty alan kirjallisuutta ja internetiä. Näiden lisäksi on tehty haastatteluja, joiden kohteina on aurinkoenergialaitteistojen myyjä ja asentajia ja asennetun laitteiston käyttäjä. Tutkimus osoittaa muun muassa, että laitteiston hinta on korkea ja takaisinmaksuaika on melko pitkä. Aurinkoenergialaitteiston hyödyt tulevat esille vasta pitkän ajan kuluessa tämän kokoisessa rakennuksessa. Johtopäätöksenä voi pitää, että pelkillä taloudellisilla perusteilla aurinkoenergialaitteistoa ei kannata hankkia pitkän takaisinmaksuajan takia. ; The purpose of this thesis is to find out about the advantages and disadvantages of solar power equipment for the housing company Aunelakivi's board of directors. The assign-ment was commissioned by the housing company’s Chairman of the Board, Markku Pyy.
