نبذة مختصرة : Introduction Adolescents do not often consult their general practitioner. Most often, one of the parents goes with them. Good parent-teenager communication about sexuality improves adolescent sexual health. The target of this study was to find out the expectations and fears of adolescents' parents regarding sexual health education for their teenager during a general practice consulting. Methodology : A qualitative study using individuel semi-structured interview of seven teenagers' parents in Ile-de-France conducted from June 2021 to July 2022. The data analysis is based on the grounded theory approach. Resu1ts and discussion : Parents want to stay at the center of their adolescents sexual health care. The rote of the general practitioner in this care is unknown ta them. They want to be reassured and better informed by the family practitioner. His benevolent and • educational attitude is required. Help in initiating a dialogue with their teenager, in the forrn ofi informative support for themselves and educational support for their teenager, could be useful to them. Personalized support and a well-established relationship with the family practitioner are essential Concluslon : Parents have a central position in the overall health of adolescents. Training in welcoming the adolescent in consultation, complex relationships management and the broadcast of the general practitioner's skills to the general public are requested by the adolescents parents to promote primary prevention in sexual health. ; Introduction : L'adolescent consulte peu le médecin généraliste.
