      This article aims to analyze the decisions made by the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás regarding access and permanence of students with disabilities, global developmental disorders and gifted or talented students in Basic Education. To understand the accessing movement to the judiciary to search for rights related to special education, the methodology used was based on documents and bibliographic research in order to undertake a reflection on how the judiciary power, over time, intervened by imposing its decision in the educational setting. Such analysis was guided by the judicial decisions already handed down in the State of Goiás, from January 2015 to January 2016, and was supported mainly by the following authors: Sahb (2003), Cury (2010) and Medeiros (2006). The data points to a movement of reduction of judicial involvement, since only a small number of actions were found. There was also a reroute to the Judiciary of resolution of situations related to administrative matters and that little express the materialization of rights. ; Este artículo tiene como el objetivo analiza las decisiones pronunciado por el Justica de tribunales de thestateof Goiás conrespecto a elacceso y losestudiantes ' permanenciaconladeficiencialos resultados inesperados globalesdeldesarrollo y las habilidades altas o superdotaçãoenlaeducación básica.
