Relevance of the study issue. Dancesport is a sport characterized with intensive training of dancers already in the period of childhood and adolescence. The training of young dancers oriented towards striving for sport results is related with the realization of motor abilities in the improvement of mastery, emotional satisfaction when dancing and education of artistic abilities to express the idea of dancing with the body moves (Klonova, Klonovs, 2010; Klonova et al., 2011; Liiv et al., 2013). Researchers (Карпенко, Cивицкий, 2009; Grigore et al., 2010; Liiv et al., 2013) suggest the necessity for long-term development of dancers. It is especially relevant in different stages of long-term development of dancers (Карпенко, Cивицкий, 2009; Grigore et al., 2010). Physical fitness is a very important element of the coaching system for young dancers (Miletić, 1999; Kostić et al., 2003; Kautedakis, Jamurtas, 2004). Researchers (Abdelaziz et al., 2001; Armstrong, Van Mechelen, 2008; Flatters et al., 2014) state ...
