نبذة مختصرة : Theoretical and descriptive study, sought a dialogue guided by bibliographies in the fields of politics, anthropology, sociology and philosophy, and aims to historicize and discuss aspects that permeate the itinerancy and plurality of Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health, considering Primary Care to Health and the Unified Health System. The discussion was organized around three key points: Conceptions of health, illness and cure in Brazil: a brief history up to modern scientific medicine; The itinerary of Integrative and Complementary Health Practices in Primary Care; Therapeutic pluralism of Integrative and Complementary Health Practices. As therapeutic resources, Integrative and Complementary Health Practices aim to prevent diseases and restore health, through welcoming listening, the development of the therapeutic bond and the integration of human being with himself, with the environment and with society. ; Estudo teórico e descritivo, buscou um diálogo orientado por bibliografias em campos da política, antropologia, sociologia e da filosofia, e tem como objetivo historicizar e discutir sobre aspectos que permeiam a itinerância e pluralidade das Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde, considerando a Atenção Primária à Saúde e o Sistema Único em Saúde. A discussão foi organizada a partir de três pontos chaves: Concepções de saúde, doença e cura no Brasil: um breve histórico até a moderna medicina científica; O itinerário das Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde na Atenção Primária; Pluralismo terapêutico das Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde. Enquanto recursos terapêuticos, as Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde, tem alcance à prevenção de doenças e a recuperação da saúde, por meio de uma escuta acolhedora, do desenvolvimento do vínculo terapêutico e da integração do ser humano consigo mesmo, com o meio ambiente e com a sociedade.
