نبذة مختصرة : The online engagement of students and their families in schools is intensified at the beginning of 2020, with additional demands posed by the pandemic CoViD-19, raising multiple issues related to homeoffice and online education, as well as new and modified ways to relate to these actors. This study addresses the involvement of parents and guardians in the school trajectory of high school students, based on access to online academic information at the State Technical Schools [Etec] in São Paulo, Brazil. This is a documentary research carried out among 21 school units linked to the Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza. We start from the assumption that, with the adoption of information and communication tools, it would be possible to communicate more quickly to parents about the results and school performance, expanding the participation of these and the students themselves, taking them to accountability for their school trajectory and periodic reassessment. Among the results, we note the inequality between parental access in urban and agricultural school clusters, with additional problems to the units that had lower results in the results of institutional assessments. It was also possible to look for institutional improvements in aspects of school management and information, focused especially on a large public educational system.
