نبذة مختصرة : Trotz einer relativ homogenen Tinnitussymptomwahrnehmung findet man unter chronischen Tinnituspatienten eine klinisch relevante Untergruppe von psychisch dekompensierten Tinnituspatienten (dTP). In einer Studie mit 97 chronischen Tinnituspatienten fanden sich 52 dTP (53,6%), die anhand standardisierter psychometrischer Messinstrumente durch erhöhte Angst- und Depressivitätswerte, durch einen external-fatalistischen Copingstil, durch eine erhöhte chronische Stressbelastung, durch eine gesteigerte somatische Empfindsamkeit, sowie durch Auffälligkeiten im Persönlichkeitsprofil charakterisiert waren. In einem psychophysiologischen Stressprovokationsexperiment zeigten die dTP eine signifikant erniedrigte EEG-Alpha Aktivität und eine grenzwertig signifikant erniedrigte EEG-Beta Aktivität. Diese Ergebnisse reflektieren das Habituationsdefizit der dTP bezüglich des Tinnitus. Der signifikant geringere EDA-Abfall nach Stressexposition spricht für eine geringere Entspannungsfähigkeit der dTP. ; Despite of a relativly homogeneous perception of the tinnitus symtom there is among chronical tinnitus patients a clinical relevant subgroup of psychical decompensated tinnitus patients (dTP). A study of 97 chronical tinnitus patients revealed 52 dTP (53,6%), who were characterised by application of standardised psychometrical measuring instruments by high anxiety and depression levels, by an external-fatalistic coping style, by elevated chronical stress exposure, by increased somatic sensitiveness, as well as by particularities in the personality profile. A psychphysiological stress provocating experiment showed a significant diminished EEG-Alpha activity and a approximately significant decreased EEG-Beta activity for dTP. These results reflect the habituation deficit of dTP relative to the tinnitus symptom. The significant lower decrease of EDA activity after stress exposure of dTP indicates a diminished capacitiy to relax.
