      The COVID-19 pandemic lead to the closing of universities and the forced shift to distance education showcasing the potential and limitations of this form of education. Univerisites, students and professors , in a short period of time and without warning, had to adapt to this new reality. The goal of the present dissertation is the analysis of the impact of the pandemic on ISCAP-IPP, a Portuguese Business School. In the first part, we empirically tested the DeLone and McLean Model to assess the success of MOODLE. To this end, we used SEM-PLS techniques analyze data obtained from a survey answered by 569 students. In the second part, we sought to describe how students dealt with the main challegenges and advantages of distance education and the role of technologies like MOODLE. We used data from 28 semi-structured interviews of students. The findings of this dissertation have a few significant implications for the practice of online education at ISCAP-IPP. The results show that the quality of information and system are the main factors in determining the impact of MOODLE. Thus, the devolopment of digital skills of students and professors has an added importance in this new model of education. ; A pandemia da COVID-19 levou ao encerramento de universidades e uma mudança forçada para o ensino a distância revelando o potencial e limitações desta forma de educação. Universidades, estudantes e professores, num curto espaço de tempo e sem aviso, tiveram que se adaptar a esta nova realidade. O objetivo da presente dissertação é analisar do impacto da pandemia no ISCAP-IPP, uma escola de negócios portuguesa. Na primeira parte, testamos empiricamente o Modelo DeLone e McLean para avaliar o sucesso do MOODLE.
