      Vrbnička žlahtina je autohtono kvalitetno vino koje se dobiva iz istoimene sorte bijelog grožđa, poznato i cjenjeno zbog svoje prepoznatljive arome i okusa. Dobiva se tehnologijom proizvodnje i prerade bijelog vina što podrazumjeva odvajanje peteljki i čvstog dijela grozda od mošta prije početka fermentacije. Analizom makrolokacije i mikrolokacije izrađen je plan za izgradnju mini vinarije za proizvodnju vina Vrbnička žlahtina. Na osnovu površine vinograda i sirovinske osnove određen je kapacitet tehnološke linije, odabran tehnološki postupak, potrebni uređaji te izrađena materijalna i energetska bilanca. Izrađena je dispozicija uređaja u tlocrtu i određena veličina vinarije. Preradom oko 150 t grožđa godišnje tijekom petnaest radnih dana berbe grožđa u vinogradu dobiva se oko 93000 L kvalitetnog bijelog vina. ; The Vrbnička žlahtina is autochthonic wine of good quality produced from a type of white grape of the same name, well known and appreciated because of its recognizable aroma and taste. It is produced by the technology of white winemaking which consists separation of destemmed grapes from the must before the beginning of fermentation. The construction of Vrbnička žlahtina producing line was developed by the analysis of macrolocation and microlocation. On the basis of a wineyard area and availability of the specific raw material, capacity of the line, equipmet, the material and energetic balance were also determined, such as the size of the winery. The processing of 150 t of white grapes per year during 15 days results in the production of 93000 L white wine of good quality.
