International audience ; البناء، موضوع هذه المقالة، هو قبو «شاي» (منشأة مُخصَّصة لإنتاج النبيذ) تَمَّ اكتشافه في كوم النجوس في منطقة مريوط، وهي منطقة مشهورة بنبيذها مُنذُ العصر الفرعوني. تقع القرية على التلال الصَّخرية في تاينيا [اسم هذا المكان في المصادر اليونانية] والتي كان نبيذها موضع تقدير خاص وفقًا لأثينايوس. بعد إخلاء القبو جزئيًا في ثمانينيات القرن الماضي، تَمَّ التنقيب عنه بالكامل بواسطة البعثة الفرنسية الأثرية لأبو صير ماجنا وكوم النجوس (MFTMP). بفضل الحفظ الجيِّد للآثار المتبقية والمواد الشبيهة بتلك الخاصة بالبحر المتوسط (مثل الخزف وبقايا النباتات القديمة)، بالإضافة إلى الأَدِلَّة المُستقاة من البرديات، فإنَّ شبكة التشغيل لإنتاج النبيذ، من استخراج النبتة إلى التخزين المؤقت في القوارير ذات القبضتين «الأمفورة»، أمكن تجميعها ووَضْع نماذج لها. يقترح المؤلفون اعتبار البناء جزءًا من منطقة امتلك صاحبها موارد كبيرة، وبالنظر إلى التاريخ المُبَكِّر للقبو (القرنان الثالث والثاني ق.م)، فلا بد أنه كان من بين الرواد الذين قاموا بإعادة تشغيل إنتاج النبيذ «التاينيتي»؛ مما ساهم في استمرار تقاليد صناعة النبيذ المصرية، فضلًا عن تحسينها من الناحية الفنية. ; This article is the publication of a building dedicated to the production of wine, discovered in Plinthine, in Mareotid, a region renowned for its wines since the Pharaonic era. The village is located on the rocky ridge of the Taenia, whose wines were particularly prized according to Athenaeus. Partially unearthed in the 1980s, the building has been fully excavated by the MFTMP. Thanks to the good conservation of the remains and material (ceramics and archaeobotanical remains), to the Mediterranean parallels and the papyrological evidence, the chaîne opératoire of wine production (from the extraction of the must to the temporary storage of the amphorae) has been reconstructed and modeled. The authors propose to interpret the building as part of a property whose owner had important means at his disposal.
