نبذة مختصرة : The member's participations were needed to improve KUD (village Cooperative Unit) in Sleman Regency. One aspect of the participations was the member's loyalities as customers. This study aimed to understand (1) the rate of member's loyalities as the customers of VUC and (2) the effect of business location of KUD and staff's service on the member's loyalities as the customers of KUD in Sleman Regency. Data analysis used multiple-regression. The data was collected using questionnaire sent to 138 people of the sample selected through area-random sampling. The results showed that there were 74 respondents (0.54%) getting high scores of loyalty as the customers of KUD. Meanwhile, there were 39 people or 28.26% achieving the very high scores, there were 25 people or 18.21 % getting the low scores of loyalty, and there was no respondent who got the very low score. The member's loyalties as customers of KUD variable, which could be explained by the business location of KUD variable and the staff service of KUD variable, was 17,6%.
