Este ensayo tiene la finalidad de realizar una breve descripción y análisis, de la formación del hombre ha sido ligada a la estructura patriarcal y un modelo hegemónico establecido durante años, donde las nuevas masculinidades nacieron con la finalidad de romper los esquemas previamente establecidos, mostrando nuevos procesos identitarios de hombres en ámbitos públicos y privados, en el reconocimiento de nuevas posturas y comportamientos en torno a cómo ser, pensar y, actuar de un manera autónoma y personal, así mismo, resaltar la importancia que tiene la formación en nuevas masculinidades como guía de aprendizaje al reconocimiento del hombre desde su sentir y actuar y no desde un modelo social cohercitivo. ; This essay aims to carry out a short description and analysis on how the personal development of men has been attached to a patriarchal structure and a hegemonic model stablished during many years, giving the opportunity to new masculinities to arise with the objective of breaking the previously stablished schemes, showing new identity building processes in public as well as in private fields, through the recognition of new ways of thinking and behaviors related to how someone should be, think and act in an autonomous and personal way. Consequently, this essay will highlight the importance that the creation of new masculinities has as a learning guide to the recognition of men taking into account their way of feeling and acting and not inside the frame of a social coercive model.
